SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR A FULL TIME MEDICAL LAB TECHNICIAN - Wednesday through Friday on the Day Shift
Essential Functions:
- Prepares, analyzes, documents and reports tests and test results.
- Assures Quality Control measures are acceptable and documented appropriately.
- Communicates with physicians and nursing staff regarding required tests.
- Successfully completes proficiency testing as assigned.
Education/
Skills:
Degree or Associate Degree in Medical Technology or educational equivalent.
Licensure:
National Certification preferred (ASCP, AMT, NLCP, ASCLS) or similar. BLS recommended
A minimum of one year recent laboratory related experience preferred
