Flat Rock-Hawcreek School Corporation is pleased to announce an opening on our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We are searching for a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services for students who qualify for special education and speech and language services as a related service.

Professional Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with parents and other professionals in providing services to students
  • Promote and enhance access to education for students
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Article 7
  • Monitor, develop, and revise the implementation of services within the IEP
Instructional Skills
  • Provide and plan speech and language intervention strategies
  • Assess the communication performance of students within their educational environment
  • Coordinate integrated services with classroom teachers to be incorporated into the educational program
  • Develop and present in-service training programs for special education staff and parents as requested

Salary and benefits are competitive with the surrounding area and commensurate with experience. Annual contracts are 185 days.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited speech-language pathology program
  • Hold a valid license from the Indiana Department of Education, Division of Professional Standards
