Oversee daily operations of therapy and rehabilitation services within the facility
Supervise PT and PTA staff, including evaluations for PTs
Develop and implement therapy programs to improve patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with federal and Arkansas state healthcare regulations
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for strategic planning
Manage budgets, streamline workflows, and promote high-quality patient care
Support staff education and ongoing professional development
Active Arkansas PT License
Current AHA BLS Certification
Minimum 2-5 years management experience in a therapy setting
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small team environment
Experience with EMR systems (Trubridge/CPSI preferred)
Familiarity with rural or critical access hospital settings preferred
Must have NPI number, vaccination records (flu shot+), and excellent time management skills
