Director of Therapy and Rehabilitation Services – Hope, AR

Pay & Benefits
  • Salary: $115,000–$135,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily operations of rehabilitation services, including inpatient and outpatient therapy programs
  • Supervise and support PT and PTA staff, including conducting evaluations for PTs
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with Arkansas state and federal healthcare standards
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create effective treatment plans
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and operational efficiency for therapy services
  • Foster a positive work environment promoting high-quality patient care and staff development
What You Need
  • Required:
    • Arkansas PT License
    • Current AHA BLS Certification
    • NPI number
    • 2–5 years of management experience in therapy
    • Strong communication and patient education skills
    • Ability to work independently and adapt to mixed inpatient/outpatient settings
    • Experience with EMR/documentation systems (Scrub color: black, Trubridge/CPSI strongly preferred)
    • Vaccination:
      Flu shot + records
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in rural or critical access hospital environments
