- Salary: $115,000–$135,000 annually (based on experience)

- Oversee daily operations of rehabilitation services, including inpatient and outpatient therapy programs
- Supervise and support PT and PTA staff, including conducting evaluations for PTs
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Arkansas state and federal healthcare standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create effective treatment plans
- Manage budgets, staffing, and operational efficiency for therapy services
- Foster a positive work environment promoting high-quality patient care and staff development
- Required:
- Arkansas PT License
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- NPI number
- 2–5 years of management experience in therapy
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to mixed inpatient/outpatient settings
- Experience with EMR/documentation systems (Scrub color: black, Trubridge/CPSI strongly preferred)
