** Job Details:
** This position is responsible for ensuring that team members are properly trained on procedures to operate and/or maintain machinery while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Train team members on sanitation procedures, equipment operation, and safety standards
* Demonstrate proper cleaning methods and safe use of industrial sanitation equipment
* Reinforce compliance with Tyson policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements
* Observe performance and provide coaching, feedback, and hands-on support
* Identify training gaps and partner with leadership to improve processes
* Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Maintain accurate training records and documentation
** Minimum Qualifications
*** High school diploma or GED
* 1–2 years of experience in sanitation, manufacturing, or food production
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of sanitation procedures and workplace safety
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Previous experience in a trainer, team lead, or leadership role
* Preferably has experience in training, mentoring, or onboarding employees
* Knowledge of USDA, FDA, or food safety regulations
* Bilingual skills (as needed)
* Experience working with sanitation chemicals and industrial cleaning equipment
