• High school diploma or equivalent or 3 years of equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of Supervision experience
• Experience in Loader Operations
• Experience in Planning/Coordinating
• Ability to adhere to all safety protocols

• Oversees the coal ash loading operation
• Monitoring ash loading operations to ensure consistent compliance
• Adjusting loading schedules and optimizing workflow
• Identifying and addressing loading bottlenecks or issues
• Coordinating ash transportation into rail loading building
