Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee and manage multiple concrete construction crews across a variety of commercial, industrial, and civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading field operations, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

Provide supervision and leadership for multiple concrete crews on diverse project sites.

Plan, coordinate, and manage field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Develop and maintain project schedules and manpower plans.

Coordinate work activities with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and other trades.

Oversee field layout and construction execution.

Monitor and enforce quality control standards and project specifications.

Track project costs, productivity, and labor performance.

Manage equipment utilization, maintenance, and allocation.

Review and process submittals and project documentation.

Maintain accurate daily reports, production records, and job documentation.

Track and manage change orders and time-and-material (T&M) work.

Promote and enforce all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Work closely with project managers, estimators, and company leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent, General Superintendent, or equivalent field leadership role.

Extensive hands-on experience with all phases of concrete construction.

Proven experience managing multiple crews and projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.

Proficiency in construction management and administrative software.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites.

Preferred:

ACI Certification(s) preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
