Store Customer Service Rep
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hopewell, Virginia.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a supportive and customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Standing (most tasks performed from a standing position).
- Walking (short distances for short durations; surfaces include ceramic tile bricks with linoleum in some food process areas; height of work surfaces 36-48 inches).
- Sitting (paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table).
- Lifting (bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; cases up to 3' x 1.5'; stacked onto shelves up to 72 high).
- Carrying (large cans, 3.5 lbs; pizza sauce 30 lbs; trays of pizza dough 12 lbs each).
- Pushing (trays on dollies 24-30; requires up to 7.5 lbs force).
- Climbing (infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders).
- Stooping/Bending, Crouching/Squatting (as necessary for pizza assembly, stocking shelves, cleaning).
- Reaching (up, down, forward; up to 72 inches).
- Hand tasks: continuous use of hands; forearm and wrist force for dough; manipulation of pizza peel, rolling cutter; pinching in cardboard box assembly; grasp of cans, phone, cutter, peel, boxes.
- Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids: pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
