Job Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing curriculum in the assigned classroom.
- Fulfilling requirements of each student's IEP.
- Solid organization skills and ability to delegate.
- Use of effective communication to share ideas and strategies with students.
- Willingness to learn and implement behavior management techniques.
- Teamwork with peers in assigned program to maintain a positive working environment that contributes to student success.
- Understanding of computers and willingness to provide in-person and virtual learning opportunities for
