General DescriptionServe as the site Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Electrical, Fire, and Elevator systems. Provide support for projects, maintain equipment, and ensure vendor contracts are in place. Develop and maintain processes and procedures aligned with regulatory and quality standards. Ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, OSHA, and company standards. This role is based in Hopewell, NJ and reports to the Associate Director, Utilities and Facility.
EssentialFunctions of the Job
- Manage Electrical, Fire and Elevator systems for compliance and continuous operation. Interact with local and state officials where required.
- Develop technical, operational procedures, calibration plans, spare parts, and preventative maintenance plans for responsible systems.
- Commission, qualify and validate responsible systems.
- Manage external service partners and vendor relationships.
- Ensure positive stakeholder relationships and solicit user feedback
- Demonstrate leadership aligned with company values; integrity, courage, passion, promote engagement and professional development
- Proficient in Sub Stations, Switch Gear and Medium / Low Voltage distribution and emergency power.
- Author/support Change Control and Deviations as required.

- Associate's degree in electrical or military training in electrical or Electrical License, with 6+ years of industry experience.
- Experience in facility roles especially those related to biological products, equipment, and electrical systems
- Experience in managing projects and ensuring deliverables are on time and on budget
- Strong PC literacy required; MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
Travel is approximately 10% as required.

Salary Range: $95,600.00 - $ annually
BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
