Overview

BeOne continues to grow at a rapid pace with challenging and exciting opportunities for experienced professionals. This role focuses on launching and supporting cGMP manufacturing operations at the Hopewell facility.

• Facility Start‑Up: design, build, commission, and license BeOne’s first biopharmaceutical plant in the United States.
• Design review, equipment selection, procurement, and testing.
• Protocol development and execution.
• Acceptance testing and equipment/automation debugging.
• Technical training.
• Hands‑on cGMP manufacturing activities, including media preparation, cell culture sampling, harvest operations, buffer preparation, operative cleaning, chromatography systems troubleshooting, deviation identification, change control drafting, cGMP procedure development, material staging, equipment setup for formulation and filling, final filtration and formulation, aseptic filling in a GradeA isolator, in‑process visual inspection, labeling, batch documentation.
• Support cleanroom operations, equipment sanitization, environmental monitoring.
• Assist in deviation investigations and CAPA implementation.
• Operate distributed computer systems and equipment such as Clean‑in‑Place, Steam‑in‑Place skid, Caustic skid, autoclave, part washer, filter integrity tester, biowelders, soloVPE protein concentration analyzer, facility cleaning, sample collection for monitoring, and process waste removal.
• Provide supervisor support for day‑to‑day activities, staff availability, task load, and self‑directed leadership.

• High school education or GED with 1+ year experience in a biopharmaceutical company.
• AS/BS/BA in a science‑related field or equivalent technical experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
• Collaboration within and between diverse groups.
• Proactive identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
• Aptitude for learning moderately complex technical systems.
• Willingness to receive feedback and pursue ongoing professional development.

Must stand for long periods (8‑10 hours/day) and reach above shoulder level, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 40lbs. Must be comfortable with varying temperatures, work overtime and shift work as needed, and handle hazardous materials and chemicals. Wear dedicated gowns as required. Repetitive motion and wrist, hand, finger movement expected.

Familiarity with computer‑based systems. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.

International and domestic travel as required.

Salary Range: $25.48 – $33.48 per hour.
