• Equipment start‑up, troubleshooting, and acceptance testing.
• Execute floor operations during clinical and GMP campaigns.
• cGMP manufacturing equipment cleaning and sterilization.
• Solution preparation and transfer.
• Room and equipment cleaning.
• Equipment and process troubleshooting.
• Perform sterile filtration / integrity testing.

• Work hands‑on under ISO7, ISO8, ISO5 area and CNC, with a variety of manufacturing production equipment and technologies under direction of Production Supervisor.

• Stand for long periods (8–12 hours/day).
• Reach above shoulder level, bend/stoop, push/pull, handle/grip frequently.
• Work scheduled 40 hours with ability to work overtime.
• Comfortable with varying temperatures.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Regular reaching, bending, stooping, twisting.
• Repetitive motion and substantial movement of wrists, hands, fingers.
• Environment requires dedicated gowns based on area.
• Work with hazardous materials and chemicals.
• Willing to work any shift and flexible to support business needs.

The Biotechnician I positions operate in a cleanroom environment, following cGMP batch records and SOPs to manufacture drug products. Supports projects with GMP manufacturing personnel, prepares suites for manufacturing operation, and operates in a safe and compliant manner. Primary responsibility is to participate in all phases of drug product formulation, filling, lyophilization, visual inspection, labeling, and packaging, including requesting materials, set‑up, preparation, final filtration, formulation, filling vials inside a Grade A isolator with an automated filling machine, and subsequent labeling, visual inspection, and packaging.

Strong PC literacy required; MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
