• Operating rooms: 4
• Staff: 16
• Staff composition:
  • Day shift – example: 1 charge RN, 4 RN, 3 Star RN, 4 OR Techs, 4 Surgical Assistants
  • Evening shift – coverage 5 PM, 7 PM, 9 PM
  • Night shift – call only
• Patient ratios: 1:1
• Equipment:
  Specialty OR beds (Hanna, Jackson), positioning, electrosurgical
• EMR: [information not provided]

• RN who can circulate, scrub, and/or assist
• RN with ACLS and PALS
• Surgical Assistants who can assist, scrub, and/or have Central Sterile knowledge
• OR Techs who can scrub, assist, and/or have Central Sterile knowledge Preferred or Nice to Have
