Creekside Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) Supervisor Full Time and Part Time Positions Shifts available:
- 7am-3pm
- 3pm-11pm
- 11pm-7am
- Supportive, team-focused environment

- Leadership that values and supports nursing staff
- Opportunity to build long-term relationships with residents
- Depending on experience!
- Medical, Dental, and Vision
- Aflac
- PTO
- Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
- Oversee implementation of resident care plans
- Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, and clinical updates
- Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
- Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Virginia
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
- Previous Supervisor experience
