• Number of Beds – 4 operating rooms
• Number of Staff – 16
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 4 RN, 3 Star RN, 4 OR Techs and 4 Surgical Assistants)
  • Evening Shift – Looking for coverage across the evening hours from 5pm, 7pm and 9pm.
  • Night Shift – call only
• Patient Ratios – 1:1
• Type of equipment – Specialty OR beds (Hanna, Jackson), positioning, electrosurgical
• EMR –

• Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
• Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• RN’s who can Circulate as well as scrub and/or assist.
• RN’s with ACLS and PALS
• SA’s who can assist, as well as, scrub and/or have Central Sterile knowledge.
• OR Techs who can scrub, as well as, assist and/or have Central Sterile knowledge
• Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
