Registered Nurse (RN) – Hopewell, VA
A healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join its patient care team. Responsibilities- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and recovery expectations
- Promote patient safety and adherence to clinical standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care programs
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred or ability to obtain
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
