Creekside Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) Supervisor Full Time and Part Time Positions to join our long-term care team in Hopewell, Virginia.

Shifts available:

• 7am-3pm PT EOW

• 3pm-11pm FT Monday-Friday, PT EOW

• 11pm-7am FT Monday-Friday, PT EOW

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
• Oversee implementation of resident care plans
• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, and clinical updates
• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Virginia
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
• Previous Supervisor experience
