Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:
Wed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM;
Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM.
- Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to site leadership.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards, maintenance issues, and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor and vendor screening processes, following site protocols for restricted areas, after‑hours activity, and/or delivery access.
- Support healthcare operations by providing directions, de‑escalating tense situations when appropriate, and communicating with staff and first responders during medical and/or facility‑related incidents.
- Must have at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
- Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
- Must be willing to work in a hospital environment that includes the morgue.
- Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting, as needed.
- Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical‑related field.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
