Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor and vendor screening processes in accordance with site protocols and healthcare location expectations;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts;
Deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions through proactive patrols
