The City of Hopewell is seeking an entry‑level laborer to support units such as Sewer, Ditch, Traffic and Refuse. You will perform outdoor manual work, assist crew members, and help maintain sites and equipment.
Responsibilities include loading, unloading, operating basic hand and power tools, and following safety rules in all weather conditions. A Virginia driver's license is required or obtainable within six months.
