Ergon Asphalt Partners is seeking a Terminal Operator I for our Hopewell, VA location to join a safety-focused team. This entry-level role offers hands-on work in terminal operations, including handling railcars, hoses, and daily measurements.
You will work with a tight-knit crew, learn multiple aspects of terminal operations, and report to the Terminal Manager. Candidates should be organized, capable of problem solving, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
