About the Role:As a Front Office Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for all visitors to the office. This fast‑paced environment requires strong customer‑service and multi‑tasking skills to handle multiple phone lines, assist guests, and ensure professional results. You will also manage incoming applications, online job postings, and schedule interview appointments.

What You’ll Do:- Create a Positive First Impression: Welcome all visitors, professionally handle calls and inquiries, and manage applicant information and online applications in a timely manner.
- Office Administrative Duties: Enter applicant data, handle correspondence and filing with confidentiality, support payroll and recruiting efforts as needed.
- Learn the Laws: Conduct business in accordance with Express and applicable legal guidelines and maintain professional knowledge of the labor market and laws.
- Someone who is passionate about helping their community.
- Someone who can work effectively under stress and demonstrate high performance and goal achievement.
- Willingness to learn various technological platforms is crucial to the success of our clients and associates.
- Education and experience can come from various sources. Typically this includes AGED or High School Diploma, customer‑service experience, strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software. Other relevant experience is also considered.
