The Healthcare Value Strategic Initiatives Leader is a critical enterprise leadership role responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and performance of the organization's health care value agenda. This role serves as both the strategic architect and operational integrator for the CHO's organization, ensuring alignment across clinical, pharmacy, behavioral health, and quality functions to achieve enterprise goals for affordability, quality, and member outcomes.

Acting as a trusted advisor and extension of the CHO, this leader translates vision into action—advancing strategic priorities, establishing operating discipline, and driving cross-functional accountability. The role ensures the CHO's organization operates as a cohesive, high-performing system by aligning strategy, governance, performance management, and communication across enterprise and segment stakeholders. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field;
    Advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of work experience beyond degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Professional presence and excellent presentation and persuasion skills
  • Exceptional relationship management and the ability to influence senior level leaders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities appropriately and rapidly in an evolving work environment with shifting time frames
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively at both detail and big-picture levels and to drive initiatives forward
  • Ability to manage and operate with highly confidential information, high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management and other necessary tools and software

This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week.

The full salary grade for this position is $130,300 - $223,400. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $130,300 - $195,510. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
