Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated IT-Sr Product Analyst to join their dynamic and growing team.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for trial claim messaging enhancements.
• Develop and maintain business requirements documents, user stories, process flows, and message specifications.
• Ensure messaging requirements are traceable from intake through implementation.

• Partner with stakeholders to develop clear, consistent, and customer-centric claim messages.
• Define messaging triggers, business rules, and associated workflows.
• Collaborate with message content owners to ensure alignment with enterprise communication standards.

• Facilitate discussions between business, operations, product, technology, legal, compliance, and customer experience teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders during messaging development.
• Support decision-making by documenting options, impacts, risks, and recommendations.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment on messaging content, timing, and implementation priorities.
