Pay: $80, (exempt) based on location, qualifications, and experience.

As an Internal & Change Communications Manager, you lead the strategy, planning, and execution of internal and change communications across Vivie. This role partners with executive leaders, operational teams, Human Resources, and project stakeholders to develop communication strategies that support organizational change, enterprise initiatives, and business priorities. By translating complex information into clear, meaningful messaging and equipping leaders to communicate effectively, this position helps drive understanding, engagement, and successful adoption of change while ensuring communications are coordinated, consistent, and aligned with Vivie's mission, culture, and organizational priorities.

As a Internal & Change Communications Manager, you will:

  • Lead Internal & Change Communication – Develop and execute communication strategies and plans for organizational change, enterprise initiatives, operational priorities, technology implementations, and other high-impact initiatives. Identify stakeholder needs, communication objectives, key messages, risks, timing, channels, and reinforcement strategies that support successful adoption and organizational alignment.
  • Serve as Strategic Communications Partner - Collaborate with executive leaders, project teams, operational leaders, Human Resources, and subject matter experts to integrate communication into initiative planning from the outset. Provide strategic consultation, assess organizational readiness, identify communication risks, and recommend communication approaches that improve understanding, engagement, and outcomes.
  • Develop Meaningful Content & Equip Leaders – Translate complex, technical, operational, and sensitive information into clear, actionable communication tailored to diverse audiences. Create communication plans, announcements, presentations, FAQs, talking points, leader toolkits, implementation resources, and other materials that prepare leaders to communicate confidently and consistently with their teams.
  • Coordinate Enterprise Communications & Governance – Lead communication planning, stakeholder coordination, rollout sequencing, and enterprise communication calendars to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time. Partner with the Senior Director of Communications and Communications Coordinator to align communication strategy, publishing, production, editorial workflows, and organizational communication standards while reducing communication fatigue and maintaining a consistent voice.
  • Measure Effectiveness & Drive Continuous Improvement – Evaluate communication effectiveness through feedback, engagement, and organizational outcomes. Identify opportunities to strengthen internal communication practices, improve organizational understanding, enhance team member experience, and establish best practices that support continuous improvement across the organization.

This job also requires:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, leadership, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, change communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Experience developing communication strategies and supporting organizational change, enterprise initiatives, technology implementations, or operational improvements.
  • Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to plan and execute communication initiatives.
