Overview
Will be responsible for the Spanish program at the secondary level. Knowledge and skills required will include expertise in Spanish language instruction for secondary students, curriculum development and delivery, classroom management, student assessment, as well as written and oral communication. Flexibility, collaboration, creativity, and skills in problem-solving will be necessary in this position.
Responsibilities- Teaching responsibilities will include Spanish instruction of secondary students.
Minnesota K-12 license in Spanish.
Required Knowledge and SkillsRequired Knowledge:
- District policies and procedures.
- Principles, practices, and ethical standards of school psychology or school social work.
- Laws, codes, and regulations related to special education
- Disabilities and accommodations.
- Computer applications related to the work.
- Correct business English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Required Skills:
- Interpreting and applying state and Federal statutes, codes, rules, and regulations.
- Assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and demands.
- Operating a personal computer using standard and specialized software.
- Communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
- Contributing effectively to the accomplishment of team or work unit goals, objectives and activities.

Salary: BA Step-0 $ 48,039.00 : MA Step-0 $ 52,223.00
