Valid Minnesota Secondary School Principal License (required)
Advanced degree (preferred)

Deep understanding of culturally responsive pedagogy, restorative practices, and data-driven decision making
Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation
This is a 12-month, full-time position governed by the Hopkins Association of School Administrators (HASA) Master Agreement.
Salary Range: $162,617 – $179,839 depending on experience and qualifications, plus educational stipends (up to $2,500 for advanced degrees).
