We are seeking two dedicated professionals for the upcoming school year to fill openings at the elementary (grades 1-4, high-needs) and high school (resource/push-in) levels. • Active Minnesota Special Education license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues and supervise paraprofessionals
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Direct experience managing IEPs and due process tasks
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to supporting students with diverse academic and behavioral needs

• Deliver direct and indirect special education services tailored to individual student needs
• Oversee a caseload of no more than 15 students, ensuring compliance with IEP goals and due process requirements
• Provide academic and behavioral support in both resource and push-in settings (high school) or high-needs settings (elementary)
• Supervise and mentor paraprofessional staff in daily responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, SPED Coordinator, Due Process Specialist, and SPED Coach
• Receive dedicated time during the school day for IEP and due process documentation
• Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment
