Head Housekeeper & Trainer

Overview

We are looking for a reliable full‑time Head Housekeeper Trainer.

Job schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday are available for an extra $2 per hour. Pay starts at $20 per hour.

• Clean scheduled homes on a daily basis when no there is no training scheduled
• Training all new employees on how to properly clean home the Merry Maids way
• Overseeing all training and cleaning staff questions, concerns, etc. Leading them to be great!
• Assisting manager(s) on any staff meetings, stocking/replenishing products & supplies, laundry (daily cleaning cloths), misc back office tasks.

• Quality checking homes to ensure staff is following the cleaning procedures as they were trained & customer satisfaction
• Following up on customers to ensure they are happy with our service
• Potential for office training – May be cross‑trained on handling business calls and sales, back up office opener & closer

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid permanent driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current liability insurance on automobile
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable mobile phone for all communications (Call/Text) with the office staff
• Experience in customer service & sales
• Experience in team leadership and providing healthy feedback to employees
• Experience with Microsoft computers and applications:
  Word, Excel, Adobe & Google suite
• MM360 Salesforce experience is a plus!
• Strong and positive interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a huge plus!
• Ability to multi‑task and follow through each task with an attention to detail
• Ability to drive to several work site locations throughout the workday (must have reliable vehicle for use)
• Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
• Ability to wash hard surface floors on hands and knees when needed.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
