Lead Art Party Host

Mess Hall Arts is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Lead Art Party Host to join our weekend team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching, coordinating, and executing memorable events for children and families. This role requires excellent communication skills, a knack for managing diverse groups, and the ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere. The Party Host will work closely with guests to ensure their experience is enjoyable and seamless from start to finish.

• Plan and coordinate birthday parties and private events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after events.
• Manage event logistics including setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
• Facilitate activities and projects to keep guests engaged and entertained.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly during events.
• Address any conflicts or issues that arise with professionalism and poise.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional guest services by being attentive to the needs of attendees.

• MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
• Experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is a must.
• Conflict management skills to handle various situations effectively.
• Background in or public speaking is a plus, enhancing engagement during events.
• Knowledge of events management principles will help in organizing successful gatherings.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with both children and adults.
