Overview
Senior Net Suite IT Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time, direct hire basis. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with three days required on-site at either our San Diego, CA or Minnetonka, MN location. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $160,000 plus bonus and equity options, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental coverage, a 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and relocation assistance.
This role plays a crucial part in supporting our Net Suite ERP implementation and continuous enhancement efforts.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience
- At least 5 years specializing in ERP systems
- A minimum of 2 years focused on Net Suite
- Direct experience working in a GxP environment
- Proven experience in the Life Sciences sector, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries
- Understanding of GxP compliance, SOX compliance, GRC, and audit support in ERP settings
- Familiarity with tools like Fresh service or Smartsheet for change and project tracking is desirable
- Strong expertise in business analysis and project management (PMP or Agile certification is advantageous)
- Experience in supporting cross-functional processes such as P2P, R2R, O2C, and D2B
- Knowledge of Net Suite release cycles, Suite Flow, Suite Script, and integrations
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
- Act as the main point of contact between Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT regarding Net Suite-related matters and enhancements
- Observe system performance and user engagement, proactively spotting opportunities for improvement
- Collect, document, and evaluate business requirements for prospective enhancements
- Lead the prioritization and submission of enhancement requests via the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
- Oversee and manage the lifecycle of enhancements from initiation to deployment
- Direct small to medium-scale Net Suite-focused projects, including upgrades, integrations, and module implementations
- Create project plans, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely achievement of project milestones
- Assist in all scheduled Net Suite releases, including sandbox testing, impact assessment, and communication of changes
- Collaborate with Net Suite administrators and developers to ensure readiness for releases
- Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and other teams to ensure system functionalities meet business requirements
- Deliver training and produce documentation for new features and processes
