Seeking a Technical Project Manager who strives for excellence and is passionate about building highly scalable applications. Looking for a Technical Project Manager cum delivery lead focused on delivering digital engineering applications. Will lead delivery of small teams and help meet client requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to multiple scrum teams
• Manage end to end project - requirement, development, testing, planning, coordination, and communication with clients
• Take ownership of managing budget, timeline, and quality of end product
• Coach and mentor other developers in the team

Skills:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering
• 5+ years of experience as delivery lead or Project Manager
• 5+ years of experience using Rally, Microsoft Project and similar tools
• 2+ years of experience migrating applications to the cloud
• 2+ years of Agile delivery experience
• 2+ years of experience working on an Agile team
• Broad understanding of cloud native technologies like Rational and No SQL data bases, modern front end technology stacks, modern integration technologies, stream processing, Dev Sec Ops  
• 2+ year of cloud experience with Azure, GCP, AWS

Desired skills:
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Experience delivering software using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience working in a Dev Sec Ops  model
• Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices
• Healthcare industry experience

Other notes:
Must be able to work in dynamic environment and rapidly adjust to changing priorities. Technical experience and clear written and spoke communication skills are a must.
