Working Hours: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support infrastructure and security-related initiatives within an enterprise technology environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with infrastructure, security, engineering, and operations teams to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and help implement efficient and consistent solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document current business processes.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Work with infrastructure, security, engineering, and operations teams to gather requirements.
Create process documentation, workflows, SOPs, and process maps.
Support security-related initiatives such as vulnerability management, patching, and governance activities.
Facilitate meetings and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Track project actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare status updates and documentation for leadership.
Support implementation of new or improved business processes.
5 years of Business Analyst or Process Analyst experience.
Experience working with infrastructure or enterprise technology teams.
Experience supporting security, compliance, or risk-related initiatives.
Strong process documentation and workflow analysis skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, Jira, Service Now, SharePoint, or similar tools.
Experience in large enterprise environments.
Knowledge of infrastructure operations, cloud, networking, or security processes.
Familiarity with vulnerability management, patch management, or governance practices.
Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
Hybrid work schedule in Hopkins, MN.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST.
