Metronet is seeking a NOC Application Assurance Lead to monitor data centers, server systems, and applications 24x7. You will manage workloads, assign tasks, and mentor NOC staff while ensuring timely, accurate incident handling and escalation when needed.
The role requires leadership experience, strong ITOM knowledge (Grafana, Dynatrace, Solar Winds, Nagios), and a technical degree or equivalent training. On-site work in Minnesota with a comprehensive benefits package is included.
