IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer
We are seeking a seasoned IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer to join our team in Minneapolis (Hopkins location). This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in business process automation and a strong background in enterprise system integration. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust BAW solutions that streamline and optimize critical business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement scalable IBM BAW solutions to automate complex business processes.
- Create and configure workflows, process models, and case management solutions tailored to business needs.
- Integrate BAW applications with various enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Provide Level 2 support for production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and reporting
- Familiarity with Java (preferred but not mandatory)
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to Cloud platforms and deployment strategies
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on business process automation and workflow solutions
This role requires onsite presence at the Hopkins office at least 3 days per week. Collaborative and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
