SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant

We are looking for an SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to support a large enterprise HR transformation initiative. This role requires a highly experienced Employee Central configurator with strong implementation expertise, deep knowledge of SAP Success Factors EC, and the ability to provide solution guidance across complex HR business processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading Employee Central configuration efforts across multiple end-to-end implementations and possess strong expertise in data models, Position Management, workflows, business rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

Key Responsibilities:

· Configure and support SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) solutions in complex enterprise environments.

· Design and maintain Corporate Data Models, Succession Data Models, and Foundation Objects.

· Configure Position Management, including synchronization of position data with employee and job records.

· Build and maintain MDF objects, business rules, workflows, triggers, validations, and event derivation frameworks.

· Configure and support Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to meet security and business requirements.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable EC solutions.

· Provide solution design recommendations and best practices during implementation and enhancement projects.

· Support full lifecycle implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

· Troubleshoot complex configuration issues and provide ongoing production support.
