Service Dispatch

Securitas Technology seeks a Service Dispatch professional to coordinate field technicians delivering electronic security and life safety solutions to commercial and enterprise clients. In this role, you will receive and prioritize service requests and alarms, schedule and dispatch technicians, and provide clear updates to customers. You will use dispatch and CRM tools to track work orders, support SLA compliance, and collaborate with monitoring, technical, and account teams in a culture focused on safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize incoming service requests and alarms from commercial and enterprise clients.
• Dispatch field technicians based on skills, location, and service-level commitments.
• Coordinate scheduling, routing, and updates to minimize downtime and meet SLAs.
• Communicate with customers on service status, ETAs, and issue resolution steps.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in dispatch, CRM, and work order systems.
• Collaborate with monitoring, technical support, and account teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate critical incidents and safety-related events following established procedures.
• Track job progress, close work orders, and support reporting and billing accuracy.
