General Litigation Solicitor; PQE

We are seeking a General Litigation Solicitor, with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience, to join our busy and supportive team. The role offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to develop further within a growing department.

Your caseload will include (but is not limited to):

• Contract and commercial disputes
• Property and landlord/tenant matters
• Debt recovery and enforcement
• Employment and professional negligence claims
• Boundary and neighbour disputes
• Contentious probate and other general civil litigation work

• Managing your own varied caseload from instruction to conclusion
• Advising clients and providing pragmatic, commercial legal advice
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
• Representing clients in negotiations and at hearings
• Developing client relationships and contributing to the firm’s business development

• A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in general litigation
• Strong technical ability and good working knowledge of civil procedure
• Excellent communication, drafting, and client care skills
• Ability to manage a varied workload efficiently and independently
• A proactive approach with enthusiasm for business development and teamwork
