CJ Schwan’s is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Buyer to join our corporate team with hybrid work options in Hopkins, MN or Marshall, MN, Sioux Falls, SD, or Houston, TX. You will lead negotiations, manage capital equipment purchases, and partner with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business needs.
Minimum 2+ years in purchasing or sourcing, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong negotiation skills are required. CPIM/CSCP preferred but not required.
