Warehouse Order Selector - 2nd Shift

Position Overview

UNFI is looking for Part‑time Warehouse Order Selectors to join our team in Hopkins, MN. This fast‑paced role involves accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders within the warehouse. You will use motorized equipment such as electric pallet jacks, palletize orders, and ensure they are placed in the correct assigned locations.

Pay: $24.06 per hour, with yearly increases and potential production bonuses.

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Sun, Mon, Thu, Fri (Call‑in Day Wed)
• Part‑time, 30‑33 hours per week

• Identify pick locations and safely pick items.
• Inspect assigned equipment for safety issues.
• Identify correct pick location, master case locations, and pick sequence per order.
• Picks correct item and quantity, checking UPCs or item descriptions.
• Place pick labels on the side of cases.
• Shrink‑wrap and label with correct truck, stop, and other required information.
• Stage pallets in appropriate bay and build a stable, well‑cubed pallet.
• Immediately inform supervisor or manager of any potential safety threats or policy violations; keep area clean and free of debris.
• Operate pallet jack/pushcart safely and efficiently.

• Warehouse experience selecting preferred but not required.
• Lifting objects weighing from less than 20 to 60 lbs consistently.
• Occasionally push, sit, touch, reach, climb, pull or grip.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from –20 to 80 °F.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Good judgment required; direct supervision may not always be immediately available.
