Description
Key responsibilities include supporting the Regional Maintenance Manager in ensuring the community operates smoothly, maintaining safety standards, and delivering timely repairs and service requests. The role involves managing maintenance budgets, directing staff, and upholding a high level of customer service and property marketability.
Responsibilities- Works with the Regional Maintenance Manager in managing all maintenance related and capital improvement plans (1, 3, 5 year)

- Challenges and complaints
- Reasonable accommodations
- Managing and directing Porters as necessary
- Preventative Maintenance
- Hiring, firing, promotions, and reviews with assistance of Regional Maintenance Manager.
- Contracts, bids, and service agreements.
- New site/building start-up and Warranty defects.
- Payroll for Maintenance Technicians and Porters
- Manages maintenance team to achieve operational goals of the property. This includes employee training, instructing, and advising on‑site staff of employee procedures and guidelines.
- Initiates, performs, and oversees maintenance projects.
