Lunds & Byerlys Ridgedale is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.50-$26.25/hr we operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00 am - 11:00 pm.
OPERATIONSSUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Supervising and assisting front-end operations including: scanning items, entering pricing data, processing payment, packaging groceries, resolving any checkout concerns
- Bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training employees
- Team player - steps in to assist when and where needed
- Respectful - empathetic and appreciative of our customers and team
- Innovative - implements trending and forward-thinking retail solutions
- Hospitable - provides a friendly face and welcoming environment
- Communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Three or more years previous retail or food service experience desired
- Previous supervisory experience desired
