Follow recipe blending instructions to accurately issue materials by lot and physically mix/blend recipes/batches;
Maintain accurate inventory lots and storage conditions for ingredients;
Operate a Refractometer and record accurate brix levels;
Conduct organoleptic testing on every batch;
Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to pick and stage batches by FIFO and notify management of any discrepancies
