This full-time, non-exempt role coordinates activities, monitors workflow, and supports a team of production associates to meet quality, safety, and production goals while fostering a positive work environment. You will also lead safety procedures, participate in 5S/Lean initiatives, train and coach team members, track metrics, and ensure accurate shift handoffs.
