Lead and direct the production crew on the Large Bottle Line to meet targets for uptime, throughput, and changeover/setup times;
Coordinate in real-time with maintenance, quality, and materials handling to keep lines running efficiently;
Reduce unplanned downtime and drive improvements to increase throughput and realized rates toward planned standards;
Maintain CIP discipline and ensure adherence to GMP and HACCP/food safety requirements;
Complete jobs in planned sequence and minimize cut/deferred work along the line
