This is a full-time, on-site Baker role based in Hopkins, MN. The Baker will prepare, bake, and finish cookies, cakes, and other baked components used in our premium frozen desserts. Daily tasks include scaling and mixing doughs and batters, monitoring baking times and temperatures, and ensuring product consistency and quality. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized production area, operating bakery equipment, following food safety and sanitation standards, and properly storing ingredients and finished products.

• Candidates should possess skills in Bakery operations and Baking techniques.
• Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation, including measuring, mixing, and handling ingredients safely.
• Candidates should possess skills in making Cookies and related specialty baked goods.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and basic kitchen equipment operation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work early or flexible hours as needed.
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
• 2-3 years baking or culinary experience in a commercial or retail setting is preferred; relevant training or certification is a plus.
