Carver Scott Humane Society is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to build and sustain a strong volunteer program that advances our mission. You will recruit, train, and retain volunteers while ensuring they have the communication, resources, and support to be successful.
You’ll work closely with Volunteer Leads and staff to identify needs, address challenges, and create a positive volunteer experience. A nonprofit background and Bloomerang Volunteer familiarity are preferred.
