Nurse Supervisor RN Weekends

Chapel View, a Cassia community, is hiring a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team in Hopkins, MN. In addition to great benefits, we are offering up to a $1000 bonus.

As a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN) at Chapel View, you will serve as a leader and provide supervision for direct care staff. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who wants to make a difference in our residents’ lives.

Position Type: Part‑Time, every other weekend.

Shift: Days 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Wage Range: $40.00 – $48.10 per hour, depending on experience.

Bonus: $1,000.

Location: 615 Minnetonka Mills Road, Hopkins, MN 55343.

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Investigate, report, and address resident concerns.
• Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition and take follow‑up action as necessary.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty and conduct CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)/Nurse audits as needed.

• Must have a current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• CPR certification required.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
