St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to support patients and families during the final stages of illness.
You will provide thoughtful medical care, manage medications and treatments, and guide families in decision-making aligned with the patient’s goals and wishes. The role requires an NP license in the state, a degree from an accredited NP program, and at least two years of RN experience (hospice or palliative care preferred).
