West Metro Entry Level Sales, Service & Operations

Walser Automotive Group is seeking an entry-level Sales, Service & Operations team member for our West Metro locations. In this role, you'll greet customers, support vehicle sales, and assist with service and dealership operations while learning the automotive retail business. You'll work in a fast-paced, customer-first environment that values integrity, transparency, and teamwork. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and service areas
• Support sales team with vehicle presentations, test drives, and paperwork
• Coordinate service appointments and customer check-in/check-out
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in dealership systems
• Assist with vehicle lot organization, merchandising, and cleanliness
• Provide clear, friendly communication by phone, email, and in person
• Follow Walser's one-price, negotiation-free sales process
• Collaborate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Learn product knowledge on vehicle features, financing options, and services
• Uphold Walser's standards for integrity, safety, and customer satisfaction
